Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, David earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly in 2007 and spent a decade in engineering, working on the design, aftermarket sales and service of hydrocarbon turboexpanders, with travel around the world. He bought his first home in Grover Beach in 2008, earned his real estate license in 2010, and in 2017 left engineering to focus on real estate full time. Today he owns and personally manages furnished flex-term rental properties in south San Luis Obispo County, and he brings an engineer’s precision and an investor’s hands-on perspective to every client.
